Royal Mail First Class Signed dispatches order; Second Class is available, larger items or heavy orders will be dispatched by a courier. If you would like delivery options, change your order or have any other inquiries, please let us know.
Returns & Replacements
We are confident that you will love our products that if you are not SATISFIED with your purchase within 14 days from the dispatch date, we will give you your money back in exchange for the goods.
All unwanted items are required to be received back in ‘as new condition and are subject to a RESTOCKING fee of 20%. A fair return postage fee will also be applied to items being exchanged. We do not accept returns on CUSTOM MADE items where a design has been specified or where items have been ordered in on request.
If within one year from the shipping date your cable is for some reason FAULTY and this is due to a manufacturing defect, not general wear and tear or damage, we will exchange or repair the goods.
In most instances we will pay the postal costs for you by sending you a pre-paid postage packet, we cannot offer this on international deliveries.
A defective product is one that does not work as it is intended and sold. Misuse and damage imposed by the user/customer is not a defective product.
We will not be held accountable for misuse or destruction. Products defective through soldering faults will be accepted as long as the product has not been misused or damaged in any way, soldering flaws are apparent and so is damaged soldering due to abuse.
The technical report of a return will determine if it is a soldering flaw or misuse. If your cable is for some reason faulty within 30 days from purchase, we will exchange the goods or offer a refund.
The cable will be subject to scrutiny from our technical team before a refund is given. If the wire is defective, then we will assume the postage costs for you, we will do this by sending you a pre-paid postage packet.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY.
If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call procables. Audio immediately on 0115 822 94 97. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork – DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!

When a purchase has been made, you the customer have a 14 day 'cooling off period from the day they receive your goods, at which time you should notify designacable.com that you wish to cancel your contract and a FULL refund be given, including any original delivery charges.
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is merely a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be liable to you the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be paid by Professional Audio Cables, the merchant.
Delivery Time (UK Mainland)
All our orders are shipped using UPS courier or Royal Mail First Class, depending on weight. Orders received are made in order of payment, and as long as all items are in-stock orders are shipped the same day if possible (goods despatched on Friday will be delivered Monday).
For orders containing non-stock items, please allow 3-5 working days. All delivery costs are based on the weight and size of the connectors and cable. Prices and timing of delivery outside mainland United Kingdom are dependent on your order.
Please contact us if you are looking for shipment outside mainland United Kingdom, this includes the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We will ship internationally where possible. If you would like your order delivered to a non-EU country, then please call us to discuss shipping options.
Royal Mail First Class post will be used at our discretion. Although standard delivery times for Royal Mail are not given, it is mostly 2-3 working days. However, Royal Mail does not consider parcels to be lost or late until 15 days after despatch.
We must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged goods or items missing from consignments. If it is not possible to check products from within a parcel, then please write unchecked when signing for your goods. For any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as.
Please be aware that couriers can deliver as early as 8.30 am and as late as 7:30 pm. Someone must be at the place of delivery to accept goods and sign.
Please also check at the point of delivery if the parcel is in good condition. If the package (s) are damaged, please put arrived damaged in the signature area. We must be notified within 48hours of any damaged goods or items missing from consignments.
If it is not possible to check products from within a parcel, then please write unchecked when signing for your products. If the courier is unable to deliver they will leave an attempted to provide a card and the consignment will be returned to the local depot where you can either collect it yourself, or they will try to deliver the next day.

Delivery Detail From Our Terms & Conditions
10.1. The Goods will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process which may be an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
10.2. We employ professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine the Goods on arrival. If you are asked for your signature on delivery, you must inspect the Goods before signing for them.
10.3. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. If no date is specified, then it will take place within 30 days of the date of the Confirmation Notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
10.4. We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the Goods, however, caused.
10.5. The Goods may be provided in instalments.
10.6. For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you check our Website for the last date of delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all Goods that are in stock within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24th December.
11. Risk and title
11.1. The Goods will be at your risk from the time of shipment.
11.2. Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including the cost of delivery.
12. Cancelling your Contract and returns
12.1. Cancelling before receiving a Confirmation Notice
12.1.1. You may cancel your order for the Goods at any time before receiving a Confirmation Notice from us by notifying us of your decision to cancel.
12.1.2. You may notify us by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a letter to 17 Longacre, Woodthorpe, Nottingham, NG5 4JS quoting your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number.
12.2. Cancellation after receiving a Confirmation Notice
12.2.1. You may cancel this Contract at any time before the expiry of 14 calendar days after the day you received the Goods (the 'Cancellation Period') by notifying us of your decision to cancel
12.2.2. You may notify us of your decision to cancel by sending us by email to email@example.com or by post to 17 Longacre, Woodthorpe, Nottingham, NG5 4JS

220.127.116.11. A statement of your name, address, the name or a description of the Goods and your order reference number.
Return of Goods
12.2.3. Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the Goods and other relevant instructions. You must then return the Goods to us without delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
12.2.4. You must return the Goods at your own risk and your own cost unless we offer to pay the fee of return. We reserve the right, at our option, to collect the Goods from you. If we wish to collect the Goods, we will notify you of when we will collect them. We may charge you for the cost of collecting the Goods and may deduct this from any sum owed by us to you.
12.2.5. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them with the original packaging and the original invoice.
12.2.6. If the value of the Goods is reduced as a result of your handling of them beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics or functioning of the Goods, we will be entitled to claim this reduction in value from you and to deduct it from any money which you have paid us.
12.3. Refunds on cancellation
12.3.1. So long as you are entitled to cancel and have complied with your obligations under clause
18.104.22.168. any reduction in the value of the Goods; and
12.3.2. We will refund you the balance of the price you paid to us after deducting:
22.214.171.124. Any cost to us of collecting the Goods.
12.3.2. Unless we have agreed to collect the Goods from you, we will refund you the sum in clause
12.3.1. Within 14 days after the earlier of:
126.96.36.199. the day on which we receive the Goods back from you, or
188.8.131.52. The day on which you supply evidence to us that you have sent the Goods back to us.
12.3.3. If we have agreed to collect the Goods from you, we will refund you the sum in a clause
12.3.1. within 14 days of our receipt of your cancellation notice.
12.4. The exception to the right to cancel
12.4.1. You will not have a right to cancel in the following situations:

188.8.131.52. The Contract is for the construction or conversion of buildings
184.108.40.206. The Contract is for the sale of goods by public auction which bidders may attend in person
220.127.116.11. The Contract is for accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities where there is a specific date or period for performance
18.104.22.168. The Contract is for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software, and they have become unsealed after delivery
22.214.171.124. The Contract is for the procurement of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and they have become unsealed after delivery
126.96.36.199. The Contract is for the supply of newspapers, magazines and other periodicals, except for subscription contracts
188.8.131.52. The Contract is for the procurement of goods which have become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
13. Delivery by instalments
13.1. The Goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel the outstanding part of your order and receive a refund of
13.1.1. the balance of the price and any VAT you paid to us in respect of the outstanding part of your order
