Refunds / Returns

Custom Made Products

  • Refunds / Returns on Custom Made Products

    Cancellations are not accepted for non-catalogue and manufactured items. Any custom made / bespoke products (i.e. non-stock items) manufactured by Pro Cables are non-returnable. However, if the product is found to be faulty within 12 months of supply, Pro Cables will repair or replace the product free of charge. (Subject to normal wear and tear). Any custom made products found to be faulty will be repaired or remade within five working days.

  • Refunds / Returns on Standard Stock Items

    Providing the stock item/items are not damaged and are in the same condition as when supplied, "Pro Cables" will refund the full amount (less a 10% handling fee). All goods need to return with original documentation and within ten days of supply. We cannot take any action on an order until all of the products have been returned to Pro Cables for inspection. Following the return of the goods, a thorough assessment will take place following which Pro Cables will deem whether the return is valid or not.

Damage / Acceptance / Cancellation

Damage To Goods

  • Damage or Loss in Transit

    You should notify Pro Cables of any damage to goods in transit within two days of receipt; packaging and contents should be held for inspection. If the buyer does not receive the goods within 48 hours of despatch, please notify Pro Cables.

  • Acceptance of Goods

    The buyer must inform Pro Cables within three days of delivery of goods of any discrepancy with their order. Pro Cables will not be liable for rectifying any such discrepancy if notification is made more than three days after delivery.

  • Cancellation of orders

    A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled before any work being undertaken by Pro Cables. If you need to cancel an order, you should contact customer services on 0115 822 94 97 as soon as possible. [during busy periods, emails may take several hours to be actioned] Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production. If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Pro Cables, a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are custom-made to clients specifications and not stock items that can be re-sold.
